Geek Forest is hosting a 3rd session of Pico-8 by popular demand!!! This time we’re going to work on a roguelike, a type of survival game that had its start in the 80s, which then inspired all sorts of games, including minecraft. Kids will code in LUA to create procedural tiles made from the splendid sprite editor, scary/exciting/silly adventure music in the chiptune tracker, and share their challenges with friends and family members alike. Warrior Wizard needs food; it’s survival of the fittest!
