Immerse yourself in the captivating world of experimental photography and collage in this engaging Image Remix Lab. Designed for students with a keen interest in diverse artistic expressions, this course combines various forms of photography and collage to inspire creativity and self-expression. 

Embark on a series of exciting field trips, allowing us to explore the vibrant neighborhood while capturing breathtaking images. Through these hands-on experiences, children will discover the art of creating photograms (sun prints) in the open air—a camera-less technique deeply rooted in the origins of photography. They will gain a profound understanding of the interplay between light and exposure.

Additionally, we will delve into the realm of digital photography, equipping students with essential skills to capture compelling digital images. To further enhance their artistic journey, participants will learn the art of digital collage, blending different elements to create visually stunning compositions.

Throughout the course, thought-provoking activities and assignments will inspire students to reflect upon themselves and the world around them. By harnessing the power of photography, students will explore the art form as a means of storytelling and personal narrative, discovering unique perspectives and narratives within their imagery.
