D&D: Learning How to DM Remote Late Spring 2020

Remote online teacher led course

(ages 10-15)

D&D: Learning How to DM

Have you ever wanted to run your very own Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition campaign? Have you ever had an idea for an adventure to send your friends and family on? Or do you want to get a better grasp on the game by learning about it from a different angle? No matter the case, this course is for anyone who's played Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition before, but wants to try it from a different point of view: that is, from the DM's seat. In addition to covering material in the Dungeon Master's Guide and other books in-depth, this course will also go over skills such as dice theory, creating original and engaging encounters, plot points, and adventure narratives, and the process of creating custom made, or "homebrew" material from scratch. This is Dungeon Master training at its best.

*Materials Needed: A computer for google meetups & roll22.
